1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reviews Quest. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users from anywhere in the world may sign up and use the service, subject to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access Reviews Quest, you must create an account using your email and password or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Services

Reviews Quest provides the ability to fetch app store reviews, analyze them, and send email notifications. Additional analytics features may be provided. We may update or change features at any time.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are available via LemonSqueezy. All payment processing and refunds are handled by LemonSqueezy. We do not store payment information or handle financial transactions directly. Refunds are subject to LemonSqueezy's policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited communications via Reviews Quest.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the service’s underlying code.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account deletion by emailing admin@wimeki.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reviews Quest and its team are not responsible for any damages, losses, or errors arising from the use of the service, including errors in review data, email delivery issues, or interruptions in service. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

Since Reviews Quest does not have a permanent location, these Terms are intended to be neutral and applicable worldwide. Any disputes will be handled in good faith, and users may contact us at admin@wimeki.comto resolve issues.
